Ennesby: You would move through the ranks discussing the mission, resolving concerns, and getting officers and troops behind it so that when you do issue orders they are obeyed.
Captain Tagon: That sounds like psychological warfare to me.
Ennesby: All conversation is psychological warfare.
Captain Tagon: I'm never again going to enjoy a quiet evening with friends, am I?
Ennesby: Sir, I think you'll enjoy it more.
